Pastor Paula A. Woodson is a native of Southeast,. She was born again as well as Spirit-Filled under the Ministry of Pastor Marvin E. Moore, Harvest Time Bible Church of Port Arthur, TX (1989). Graduate of 2004 Rhema Bible Training Center Aka Kenneth Hagin Ministries Broken Arrow, OK in Pastoral Ministry . A licensed and ordained minister She is serves as a pastor at Faith Life Christian Center
She is the president and pioneer of Precept Int'l Bible School and AstheSpiritFlowsMinstries, iternant She pastors along side her husband Pastor Willie L. Woodson Faith Life Christian Center ,Baytown Texas .
Birth of the Bible school
In 1996 Pastor Paula graduated from Harvest Time Bible School two year Bible Training School in her local church. Praying and asking God what He wanted her to do after graduation, He spoke to her "education." Following graduation from Harvest Time, they moved to Houston and she was led into the opportunity to pioneer a Bible School for a church in Channelview, TX. While there, God then led them on to Rhema Bible Training Center. He had already spoken to Pastor Paula and Pastor Willie before marriage about attending Rhema in 1990.
Later while attending a meeting in 2008 in Darrow, LA /////God said to her,
"I want a Spirit-Filled Bible School in Southeast Texas, get the Pastors together"
In 2014, He told her it was time to begin the school.
Precept International is the first fruits of the mandate the call of God in the area of "education". It is the time of separation. On inception the school was "Life Christian Bible Institute". In 2015 iwas changed to Precept International Bible School.
The mandate is to raise a Spirit-filled school and preserve the ministry of Holy Spirit and yo pass it on to the next Generation.
Scripture teaches: 2 Corinthians 3:6
"The letter killeth, but the Spirit giveth life"
"We need both the Word and the Spirit and a people that will carry the baton to the finish line. "
Pastor Paula A. Woodson has been called to carry out this mandate.
