• Must Be at Least 18 Years of Age or older

• Have High School Diploma or Completed G.E.D.                         

  (can be waived with letter from your Pastor or Ministry Head)

  You Must:

• Complete  APPLICATION

• Attach(upload) a Photo Head Shot (2X2 inches, passport size)   

    Submit:

• Personal Recommendation (Non-Family) click here

• $35.00 non-refundable application fee
